The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create Credit memo, without tax line
2. Create accounting and post
3. Cancel
4. Create accounting and post
5. Run the request set CLE: Israeli Localization Populating Open Format Tables(1) (Report Set)

Business Impact:-

Due to this issue, Users cannot submit the reports to authority

Changes

 Reference line record should exists on d110 table.
