Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Not Able to Open the Profile Options: 'CLE: Central European IBY PO Update' and 'CLE: Central European Foreign PO Update'.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Profile Options  'CLE: Central European IBY PO Update' and 'CLE: Central European Foreign PO Update' should be available in System if Czech Add On Patches are applied.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Application developer responsibility.
2. Click on profiles menu.
3. Search with profile option "CLE: Central European IBY PO Update and "CLE: Central European Foreign PO Update". No Profile Option is opened.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Users can not set these Profile Options and hence Czech Add-On Localization features cannot be used correctly.
