Error accessing a Quote from a saved Favorite in HTLM Quoting (Doc ID 2599817.1)

Symptoms

On :  12.2.6 version, HTML User Interface

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
Choosing the Update Quote page as "Favorite"( Star) does not allow the user to reopen the Quote.
Also, confirmed the behavior with Personalizations disabled.

Quoting users can now choose to save Favorites using the "star" at the top of the Quoting HTML screen.  However, when the user tries to use this to reopen the Update Quote , then the following error is returned -
Searching and opening the Quote directly from the Quoting User does not result in this error.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the Update Quote page to display the quote details after choosing the quote from the Favorites list

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as the Quoting User
2. Open a Quote
3. In the Update Quote choose the Star icon to save as a Favorite
4. Optionally you can change the name which will show in the Favorite listing
5. Choose Home or Logout
6. Login and choose the newly saved favorite for the Update Quote, returns the error



BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot open starred quotes from the Favorites list
