Error When Formula Updates Recurring Element Entry Where Input Values Are Validated With Lookups: ORA-20001: The QuickCode is invalid for [LOOKUP NAME] (Doc ID 2600160.1)

Symptoms

An error is received in payroll process when formula updates a recurring element entry where input values are validated with lookups.  Update recurring works for elements that have no input value validated by lookups.
