Symptoms
On : 12.2.4 RUP10
When try to submit the feedback as a participant and update questionnaire on submit following error is raised:
ERROR

"This question has already been answered"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Main Appraiser request feedback from participant.
2. Participant fills in the feedback form.
3. Input questionnaire and click “Save as Draft”
4. Click “Complete” > “Submit”
5. Error is raised -> This question has already been answered
