Bill Date On Supplemental Bills Is Set to Bill Date from the Parent Bill (Doc ID 2600347.1)

Symptoms

Bill Date field for the Parent bill is the date when the bill was generated. However, for supplemental bills, the bill date is being populated with the bill date from the Parent Bill and not the date when the Supplemental Bill got generated.
