Territory Qualifiers Missing (Doc ID 260056.1)

Navigating to:

CRM Administrator Responsibility > Territory Management > Territory Administration

The Navigator window is displayed, but the folder CATCH ALL and it's subfolders are missing: Oracle Collections, Oracle Defect Management, Oracle Sales and Telesales, Oracle Service, Oracle Service Contracts, Oracle Trade Management.

Then to:

Administration menu > Setup Qualifiers menu item > The Setup Qualifier window is displayed > Select 'Oracle Service' in the Usage field and click the Find button.

Errors with: "FRM-40350 query caused no records to be retrieved"
