Unable to add DFF Additional Appraisal Details (ApprDF)

/oracle/apps/per/selfservice/appraisals/webui/MAAppraisePG



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Additional Appraisal Details Flexfield was defined -> Code xxxx was created -> 4 segments defined
2. Page /oracle/apps/per/selfservice/appraisals/webui/MAAppraisePG -> personalization is performed
3. Additional Appraisal Details are still not displayed in page
