Symptoms

On : 12.2.6 version, Annual Enrollment

When attempting to run the Participation Process: Scheduled after deleting a plan which is no longer needed, the following error occurs.

ORACLE error 20001 in FDPSTP

Cause: FDPSTP failed due to ORA-20001: BEN_91665_BENMNGLE_ERRORED: N, ORA_ERRCODE, -20001
ORA-06512: at "APPS.FND_MESSAGE", line 509
ORA-06512: at "APPS.BEN_MANAGE_LIFE_EVENTS", line 6981
ORA-06512: at "APPS.BEN_MANAGE_LIFE_E11-OCT-2019 16:38:36

A cache error has occurred in the procedure ben_comp_object.set_object ptip.
Contexts at time of error are:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log on to the Application.
2. Choose the responsibility being used for Benefits, e.g. US Super HRMS Manager.
3. Submit a request for Participation Process: Scheduled.
     - Process fails with the above-noted error
