Non Recoverabe TAX On Requisition Lines Is Not Recalculated After Requisition Change Request (Doc ID 2600767.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After making changes to a non-catalog request line's total amount, the change does not recalculate the tax amounts based on the tax rate.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

After making changes to a non-catalog request line's total amount, the change recalculates the tax amounts based on the tax rate.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into iProcurement Responsibility and create either a non-catalog request for one item for 1,000,000 EUR.
2. View and checkout
3. Submit for approval
4. Return to the iProcurement
5. Requsition Tab -> Search requisition
6. Select details on line -> Show additional Information -> Select ‘Click here” with Tax Information
7. Note that the nonrecoverable tax and total tax values are 210,000.00 EUR (tax level 21%).
8. Return to the Requisitions page
9. Select the requsiiton and click on the Change button
10. Update the price to 1,000.00 EUR and submit for approval
11. Requsition Tab -> Search requisition
12. The amount was changed to 1,000.00 EUR and the requisition is in In Process status.
13. Select details on line -> Show additional Information -> Select ‘Click here” with Tax Information
14. The nonrecoverable tax and total tax values remain 210,000.00 EUR. The tax rate is 21% and therefore should be 210.00 EUR.
