Pricing And Availability Form Does Not Display Rank In LOV When Querying Customer Items (Doc ID 2601134.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When an Inquiry is performed in the Pricing and Availability form for a customer item number which has multiple internal item cross references with rankings,  the list of values does NOT display a column showing this rank for all the returned cross referenced internal items.
Whereas in the Sales Order form,  when an Order is entered using a customer part number which also has multiple internal item cross references with rankings, the list of values does display a Rank for all the cross referenced internal items.

 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect to see the Rank Column displayed in the Pricing and Availability Form.

 
STEPS

1. Define customer item cross references and specify the Rank
2. Navigate to the Pricing and Availability window.
3. Enter the Customer# and Item Identifier Type as "Customer Item Number"
4. Invoke Item/Item Description LOVs
