Symptoms
1. The status of some Undeliverable notifications sent by the mailer is continuously changing between INVALID and SENT.
The 'Undelivered' messages are sent because the notification mailer sends the messages over and over.
2. The TAG created from application is NOT being considered by the mailer.
3. Customer does NOT want to filter this from SMTP server as it considers it is a mailer malfunction, as it should consider the TAG.
Changes
The issue is that MS changed its Delivery Failure notification format and EBS -Workflow Mailer cannot handle it.
