Symptoms
Observe that the Shipping Inbound Transactions are consuming all the cursors.
It appears to be caused by the business event: oracle.apps.wsh.line.gen.readytorelease.
This results in the following error:

Details:
Issue was logged with the Worklfow team where the Agent listener Service goes down and the error is showing Max Cursors Reached.
Patches in place for this, but the issue still happens quite frequently.
Workflow team requested an Event Trace for when ORA-01000 happens and identified the following: oracle.apps.wsh.line.gen.readytorelease
