TeleService: Unable To Select Primary Contact In Contacts / Addresses Tab (Doc ID 2601708.1)

Goal

In the Service Request form, users might not be able to update a Primary Contact in Contacts / Addresses tab.

Steps:

(R) Service
(N) Customer Management > Contact Center

- Created Contacts for Organization

(N) Service Requests > Create Service Request

- Create SR
- Navigate to the Contacts / Addresses tab

=> Unable to change the Primary Contact.
