Long Employer Address Causes Error on PAYJPNUIC:"Japan, Qualification Notice for Unemployment Ins E-File" (Doc ID 2601998.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

The following error occurs when the employer address is greater than 30 characters and running 'Japan, Qualification Notice for Unemployment Ins E-File'.

ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PAY_JP_QNFUI_REPORT_PKG", line 433
ORA-06512: at "APPS.PAY_JP_QNFUI_REPORT_PKG", line 600
ORA-06512: at line 1
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SQL", line 1575

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Setup Labor Insurance Employer which of Employer Address is over 30 bytes
    (N) Work Strunctures -> Organization -> Description -> Search Organization -> Select "Labor Insurance Employer"

  2. Submit 'Japan, Qualification Notice for Unemployment Ins E-File'
     
  3.  Check above error
