Goal

 How to update dispatch quantity in OSP secondary challan after performing RTV transaction ?

STEPS TO REPRODUCE: -
1. Create Job, Requisition, PO, and receipt
2. Create OSP - primary challan
3. Create RTV for a few quantity
4. Generate secondary challan in OSP form , quantity is not updated according to RTV
