Mass Retirements form showing the status stuck in "Running" status.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Mass Retirements should complete successfully.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (N)->Assets
2. Navigate to Mass retirements form.
3. Observe that status = Running

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
1. Users cannot dispose the assets.
2. Leading to incorrect financial statements.
