Update VWP material Schedule return error:
Error: ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("AHL"."AHL_WO_OPERATIONS_TXNS"."WORKORDER_OPERATION_ID") in Package AHL_PP_MATERIALS_PVT Procedure UPDATE_MATERIAL_REQST

Expect not to get error when updating VWP material Schedule

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create Route Disposition List
2.Create MR, associate Route
3. Create VWP, Associate MR to VWP.
4. Plan Visit Update Schedule Quantity, Return Error:Error: ORA-01400
