ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When using the REST Web Service to search plan options for a task the Window To Promise (WTP) times are not showing correctly..


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect plan options to be returned for the task for 8-12 AM but it is returning plan options for 14:00 to 18:00 or 20:00- 20:00

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using REST Web Service API to search plan options.
