Symptoms

When attempting to send or resend the Purchase Order Document to OBN,
getting below error message


Error Code # XBUB-148 Missing routing rules

Steps to reproduce:

1.Setup the XML Gateway for PO XML
2. Create PO
3. Approve the PO

Or

1. Supplier site CMK set up
2. OBN > Message -> Delivery Method set up
3. Manage Collaboration Messaging configuration
4. Manage Collaboration service provider
5. Manage B2B configurations for the service provider
