When there is data size issue in APPS_TS_MEDIA., which is increasing because of large number of requests which are submitted with attachments from Oracle HR Self Service (Absence, Special Information Type, Extra Information Type) how to purge the attachment data that is stored in FND_LOBS table from these self service transactions.
