On : 12.1.3 version, Receiving Functions

Unable to perform Receipt Inspection or Correction
While trying to perform Inspection/Correction, Receipt number is appearing in LOV but getting below error after clicking on 'Find' button.

APP-PO-14094: No records meet your search criteria.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Purchasing> Receiving> Receiving Transactions> Find Receipt#
2. Error displayed " No records meet your search criteria."
