Termination Quotes Stay In SUBMITTED Status (Doc ID 2604069.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.7 version, Asset Management

Termination Quotes stay in SUBMITTED status

1. When termination quote is submitted for approval and considering there is no approval rules configured, we expect the termination quote to go to APPROVED status - However it stays in Submitted status
2. This only happens for a random termination quotes and the workflow error states the following



"OKL_AM_QUOTES_WF.VALIDATE_QUOTE_APPROVAL(OKLAMNQT, oracle.apps.okl.am.submitquoteforapproval14216, 252169, RUN)
Wf_Engine_Util.Function_Call(OKL_AM_QUOTES_WF.VALIDATE_QUOTE_APPROVAL, OKLAMNQT, oracle.apps.okl.am.submitquoteforapproval14216, 252169, RUN)"



ERROR

ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error: character string buffer too small




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R)Lease Management user
2. (N) Asset Management
3.submit Quote for approval.
