On : 12.1.3 version, Concurrent Manager Issues
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Concurrent requests are getting stuck in Pending ,standby status with the below message in Diagnostics
This request is waiting to be processed by the Conflict Resolution Manager.
This request cannot yet begin execution because other requests may conflict with it. The Conflict Resolution Manager will determine when this request may begin execution.
No action required. This is a normal condition.
This request may have to wait one or more of the following requests to complete before it.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Concurrent requests should get processed normally.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to the corresponding responsibility
2. Submit the concurrent request
3. Request getting stuck in Pending ,standby status
