History Tab - Dispute Section is Null if Dispute is Created in iReceivables (Doc ID 2604161.1)

When viewing disputes in the History tab of Advanced Collections, the 'Dispute Section' is null for all disputes created in iReceivables.  It is populated for disputes created in Advanced Collections.

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Collections Agent
: Collections

  1. Query a customer and click on the History tab, with Type = Disputes.
  2. View a dispute created in iReceivables and one created in Advanced Collections. 
    Screen shot below shows Dispute 8596 created in iReceivables and 8597 created in Advanced Collections.
