Not Able to Perform Backdated Transfer Due to "Depreciation cannot exceed depreciation limit" Error (Doc ID 2604603.1)

Symptoms

When attempt to perform Backdated Transfer, the following error occurs due to existing a previous unposted override record, and it is not able to perform this operation.

Error
APP-OFA-48398: Program exited with errors:

Error: Depreciation cannot exceed depreciation limit.

Cause: Override amount is too large.

Action: Enter an override amount that will not cause depreciation to exceed the depreciation limit.


Steps to Reproduce:
1.  2018-04 *** Run Depreciation and the Asset to be a fully reserved asset

2.  2018-05 *** Enter Override on (N)Depreciation > Override

    Period             : 2018-04    *Period is already closed
    Depreciation       : 500
    Used by            : Depreciation
    Status             : Post

    
    *Point : This override record is remaining as Status = Post

3.  2018-05 *** Backdated Transfer with Transfer Date = 01-APR-2018

------> "Depreciation cannot exceed depreciation limit" error occurs.
