Scheduler Rules: "You have encountered an unexpected error." when Updating Rules (JBO-25002 referencing LoadBalanceMethodsVO) (Doc ID 2604864.1)

Symptoms

Using Field Service Manager Scheduler Rules:

1. Clicking the Rule link, an error occurs as soon as the page is rendered.
  The "Background Engines" section is not displayed at all.
  On its place, the error message starts:

  "Error Page
  You have encountered an unexpected error..."

2. Clicking Update Icon (yellow pencil) => Same Error occurs
   But in this case, the "Background Engines" section is displayed.
  All fields are displayed, but the error appears right next to the label "Auto Reject When Same Site Technicians Are Unavailable", and below the drop-down field.
