Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
Rounding Issue on Unit Selling Price in OM
When repair actuals charge lines are interfaced to OM, it shows the OM unit selling price after rounding. This causes OM line total different from repair actual charge line 'Charge'
This started happening after upgrade
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Expect Depot Repair and OM Pricing totals to match.
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: Using Depot Repair and Order Management
2. 12.1.3 Instance:
Labor/Expense Charge Lines interfacing from Depot repair ‘Repair Actuals’ getting unit selling price precision more than 2 and it is not rounding to nearest digit.
So OM line total (line # 96.1) and Repair actual line total Matches (Total #$10115)
3. 12.2.8 Instance
Repair actuals ‘Charge’ $10115.00 , Repair Actuals ‘Quantity’ – 74.64
Unit Selling price must be – 10115.00/74.64=135.51714898
But in OM it rounded to nearest - $135.52
Changes
This started happening after upgrade of Oracle Applications from 12.1.x to 12.2.x
