On : 12.2.8 version, Deliverables Management



ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Update button is not available to update the deliverable.

Contract workbench>Open Contract>Open Deliverable and no UPDATE button.

After setting Profile option "Disable Self-Service Personal" to Yes, the Update button is shown at a Deliverable an the status of the Deliverable can be changed. However, the user sees a Warning that "The application might not work as expected". So this solution is not acceptable.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Update button should be available.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Contract workbench>Open Contract>Open Deliverable and no UPDATE button.
