Sales Agreement Is Not Cascading From Header To Line If SO Has Item With Item Type As "INCLUDED" (Doc ID 2605358.1)

On : 12.2.7 version, Transaction Entry

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

When Included items are present in order lines and if Sales Agreement Number/Name is changed at order header and saved, then
below error is thrown as cascading of Sales Agreement happens for included items, which is not required

ERROR

 Sales Agreement Line Number has not been updated.
 Sales Agreement reference is not allowed for included items

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect Sales Agreement number to be cascaded on all lines except Included Items

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order management super user
2. Enter Order header with sales agreement number
3. Enter Lines with included items and save

4.Now on Order header change sales agreement number to some different number.
