Charge Lines Have Same Line Number (Doc ID 2605367.1)

Symptoms

Duplicate line numbers are seen in the Charges tab of the Service Request form after pending Debriefs for a given Task are available.

Steps
(R) Field Service Representative,
(N) Service Requests > Query SR

Create Task
Click on Debrief button
Enter Expense details
Click on Apply
Assignment Status Accepted
Debrief Status changes to Completed
Create a Charge Line with Travel Expense
Click on Submit

Duplicate Line numbers are seen in the Line field
