Debrief Post Failing With API Error: The Value For Parameter P_price_list_id Cannot Be "NULL". (Doc ID 2605730.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.8 version

Debrief Posting is failing with API Error: The value for parameter p_price_list_id cannot be "NULL".

The issue started following an upgrade from 12.1.3 to 12.2.8. A service request for the same serial number, contract number, and parts, works as expected in the 12.1.3 environment.


ERROR

When attempting to process debriefs,the Debrief Post process is failing with the following error:


API Error (Validate_Charge_Details): The value for parameter p_price_list_id cannot be "NULL".

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into E-Business Suite and navigate to Field Service Manager responsibility
2. Query a Service Request
3. Click on "Debrief" button
4. Enter parts and quantities
5. Change assignment status to “Closed”
5. Debrief completes with error


Due to this issue, users are not able to complete debrief for charges creation.
