Issue With New Statuses In Install Base (Doc ID 2605975.1)

Symptoms

After a new Installed Base (IB) instance status is created, the new status record is getting created in CSI_INSTANCE_STATUSES_VL, CSI_INSTANCE_STATUSES_TL, and CSI_INSTANCE_STATUSES, but in CSI_INSTANCE_STATUSES table, the column 'Name' = <NULL> and column 'Description' = <NULL>.

This causes the newly created status to not display in any instance status LOV search such as when creating a new IB instance, so any new statuses are unable to be
used.
