ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When creating a new GBPA using BWC , the item attributes (Manufacturer , Manufacturer Item) is not getting defaulted at the line level.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Item attributes (Manufacturer , Manufacturer Item) should get defaulted correctly

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Purchasing responsibility
2. Navigate BWC-->Agreement --> Create a new BPA
3. Enter the item and tab out, item attributes not defaulted
