Depreciable Asset Instance 'Operational Status Code' is not changed to 'In-Service' (Doc ID 2605991.1)

Information in this document applies to any platform.

Asset instance 'Operational Status Code' does not update to 'In-Service' and is stuck in 'NOT USED' status.

Once the depreciable asset 'Accounting Classification' is set to 'Asset', the asset Location is updated to the current Sub-Inventory, and the 'Date Placed In Service' is recorded in the Asset tab, the Asset 'Operational Status Code' still stuck in 'Not Used' and does not change to 'In-Service'.
Expect asset instance 'Operational Status Code' to change to value 'In-Service', when the asset instance 'Accounting Class' was changed to 'Asset', and 'Date Placed In Service' was recorded.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1- Depreciable asset is received from PO in Warehouse and Accounting Class is Inventory and Operational Status is Not Used
2- Create IR
3- Create ISO
4- Pick and Ship
5- Receive Asset In Department
6- Run Create Accounting - Cost Management
7- Run Create Assets Interface Asset transaction from Inventory
8- Asset Instance Accounting Class Changed to Asset, 'Date Placed In Service' recorded and still 'Operational Status Code' is stuck as 'Not Used'.
