Search Criteria In Saved Searches Not Based On User Status (Doc ID 2606058.1)

On : 12.2.8 version, CLAIMS

The Search Criteria of Claim Status in the Saved Search screen is using the system status, not the user status.

Expect Search Criteria to use User Status

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to Applications and go to Oracle Trade Management User
2. Navigate to Trade Management -> Claims >Personalize Saved Searches >Create Saved Search
3. Create new Saved Search in Create Saved Search page
4.Enter Name - Test Claim; Row Count - 50
5.In Search criteria, select Claim Status as 'Credit Memo Sent'.
6.Include Additional Information to columns displayed.
7.Click Apply.
8.Test claim is created in personalize save searches.
9.Go to Claim window, select the saved search as Test Claim and click Go.
10.Search will return Claims with Status 'Open' and not as ' 'Credit Memo Sent'.' in search result.
11.Click the personalize button to go to Personalize Saved Searches window.
12. Select the Saved Search Name as 'Test Claim'.
13.Click update icon
14.Claim status is 'Credit Memo Sent'
