This note provides a brief overview of Bug 30176420 - REMAINING ISSUES FOR RTI 13.08 - FRM P6 FILE NOT UPDATING ASSIGNMENT IF THE PRIMARY

Symptoms

Problem Statement
P6 file not updating assignment if the primary assignment is not present in the file

When receiving the P6 file from HMRC and the primary assignment for the employee is not present, when user uploaded the file
with the secondary assignment, this has not updated their record, instead has errored even though the employee is PAYE aggregated.

 

Payroll ID is not supplied on the XML file or the employee is a terminated employee.

 The process should update assignments P6 information regardless of order in which revenue supply the data

Steps to Reproduce:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. UK HRMS Manager -> HMRC Transactions -> Upload the P6 file from local files
