Symptoms

On : 12.2.7 version, ECC iProcurement

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After running ECC Data Load programs, iProcurement ECC does not show any data

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
iProcurement ECC should show any data once the load program is successful


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run ECC data load program for iProcurement
2. Login iProcurement
3. Could not see any data for ECC
