Symptoms
On 12.1.3 version R12.HR_PF.B.Delta.9 of Application.
When attempting to open Appraisal page from Manager Self Service, the following error occurs:

No method with signature - No method with signature - setupMgrMainAppraiserInProgress(class "java.lang.String)"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Apply Patch 30450379:R12.PER.B -HR PROFESSIONAL V4.0 MISSING IN OR OUT PARAMETER AT INDEX:: 2 to the Instance.
2. Now Login using "Manager Self Service" responsibility
3. Navigate to function Appraisals.
4. In the launched page above error is displayed on the top of the page.
