ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Multiple OUs as Search Criteria in Saved Search Claim screen


When adding additional search criteria of Operating Units in the saved search definition, then the system is not retrieving the claims of both the OUs.



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Claim User Responsibility
2. Go to Claims screen
3. click Personalize button to go to Saved Search Screen.
4. Create new Saved search for claims
5. Add the search criteria Operating Unit Name and Claim Status
Operating Unit - OU 1
Claim Status - Open
6. Add another criteria as Operating Unit = OU 2
7. Add additional Information in Column displayed.
8. Apply.
9. Select the saved search and click Go.
10. No rows returned.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create claim searches that return claims from multiple OU
