Sales Representative Is Not Receiving Quote Email Notification From iStore (Doc ID 2606327.1)

Symptoms

On Test/Prod: 12.1.3 version, Shopping Cart Related

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Sales representative was not receiving quote email notification.

In iStore when customer requests sales assistance, cart is saved as a quote.
Customer gets the email notification but sales representative does not.
 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Both customer and salesrep should be notified as per iStore documentation.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login to iStore
2. Configure Model
3. Checkout
4. On order review page, Select "Sales Assistance" from Actions LOV
5. Submit the information to salesrep to review the cart
