Not Able To Select The Sales Agreement Number In OAF PAGE (Doc ID 2606344.1)

Symptoms

On the Order Management Sales Order in the Oracle Applications Framework (OAF), when attempting to enter the Sales Agreement No., when the Regional Preferences Date Format is: DD-MM-YYYY, the following error occurs.
However, able to select the Sales Agreement Number if the date format is changed to DD-MMM-YYYY in the OAF Regional Preferences.

ERROR
You have encountered an unexpected error. Please contact your System Administrator for assistance.

STEPS
1. Set the Regional Preferences Date Format is: DD-MM-YYYY.
2. On the Order Management Sales Order in the Oracle Applications Framework (OAF), attempt to enter the Sales Agreement No., and receive the error above.
3. Change the the Regional Preferences Date Format to: DD-MMM-YYYY.
4. On the Order Management Sales Order in the Oracle Applications Framework (OAF), attempt to enter the Sales Agreement No., and can do this without the error.
