EAM Mobile Performance issue (Doc ID 2606503.1)

On : 12.1.3 version, Mobile Related Issues

When attempting to update the work order via Maintenance for EBS mobile app,
the following error occurs and the associated slower performance in the mobile app.

ERROR [oracle.adfmf.framework.exception.AdfInvocationRuntimeException] - HTTP Status Code 500 Internal Server Error: The server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented it from fulfilling the request.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch Maintenance for EBS Mobile.
2. Perform Work order transactions.
3. The aforementioned error is seen in the app along with difference in mobile app performance.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use the mobile app as error is seen.
