On : 12.2.4 version,

Mail notifications in error after setting workflow WF_ADMIN_ROLE to a specific responsibility

We have a require to perform all workflow administrator tasks from another responsibility than System Adminiostrator responsibilty.

We went through a number of setups including changing workflow system administrator role WF_ADMIN_ROLE to the newly created responsibility.
Everything work fine except that we have a error when mail notifications are sent to recipients.

When we set back WF_ADMIN_ROLE to system administrator responsibility we have no error message.

Error message is : Impossible to validate access to notification.
