The gme_api_pub.create_material_txn API Fails for a Phantom Product that is set to Lot Indivisible

Symptoms
On : 12.2.5 version, API Issues
Use an item set to Lot Indivisible as a phantom - ingredient in parent batch, product in child/phantom batch.
When attempting to create a WIP Completion in the phantom (which should also create a corresponding WIP Issue in the parent) using the gme_api_pub.create_material_txn API,
the following error occurs.

This item is defined as being lot indivisible. For this reason the entire lot quantity must be used. The system does not permit indivisible lots to be divided.
The lot, however, is not being divided, The entire qty is being yielded by the child batch and simultaneously consumed by the parent batch.
This works fine using the Forms, it is only in the API that it errors.
