Symptoms

When attempting to progress back to back order,
the following error occurs.

AutoCreate PO Req Exception Error

User-Defined Exception CTO_WORKFLOW.auto_create_pur_req, stmt_num :26(OEOL, RUN) Wf_Engine_Util.Function_Call(CTO_WORKFLOW_API_PK.AUTO_CREATE_PUR_REQ, OEOL, RUN)

The issue can be seen with the following steps:
1. Order Management responsibility
2. Navigation: Orders,Returns>Order Organizer
3. Query order and see issue
