The Accounts Payable (AP) Invoice Workbench Form (APXINWKB) exhibits slows performance for various activities, e.g., finding an invoice, creating an invoice, calculating tax, and most navigational actions.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From Payables Responsibility: Open the Invoice Workbench
2. Perform various activities: create invoice, calculate tax, view accounting, etc., and note the slow performance.
