HTML Dispatch Center: ADF_FACES-60097, ADF_FACES-60096 Errors in Gantt Tab (Doc ID 2607931.1)

Symptoms

When clicking on the Gantt tab in HTML Dispatch Center, the following error occurs:

Error:

ADF_FACES-60097: For more information please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with:
ADF_FACES-60096: Server Exception during PPR, #7

or

ADF_FACES-60097:For more information, please see the server's error log for an entry beginning with:
ADF_FACES-60096:Server Exception during PPR, #1

Steps:

(R) Field Service Dispatcher
(N) HTML Dispatch Center

 - Click on the Gantt tab

   or

 - Gantt chart
 - List Resources
 - Right click on the Resource name
 - Select the option 'Resource Information'
