Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
1. Wip_entity_id is null in eam_pm_last_service table
2. Last service reading is 0 in eam_pm_last_service even though a work order is completed for the preventive maintenance.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Last Service Reading should not be zero. The meter reading should be mandatory on Preventive Maintenance Work Order completion.
