Symptoms
On : 12.2.8 version, Create, Update, Authoring Flow
When trying to submit changes to a solution that has attachments using the Knowledge Base responsibility, the following error is displayed.
ERROR

The changes you made have not been saved. Save your changes or try submitting your solution again. Please contact your system administrator if this problem continues.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (R) Knowledge Base Agent
2. (N) Knowledge Management > Knowledge
3. Query Solution
4. Click on Lock & Update button
5. Make the change
6. Click Save
7. Change the Authoring Flow Step to 'Ready for publishing'.
8. Click Save
